A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll move your website(s) to our avant–garde cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can result in lost info and undesired downtime. That is why we’ll do all that for you for free!We have accomplished administrators whose chief task is to make sure that your website functions precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based upon popular applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time interval, because there are a lot of factors, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to transfer your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not very large).

A: Yep. We’ll require the name of the web site that you’d like us to move. We will also require a way to access your present web hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your site.

We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial methods to protect the data that we acquire on the World Wide Web. A: While we move your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. When the migration is complete, we will ensure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your content is not jeopardized before notifying you that the migration is done. After that, we’ll instruct you how to transfer the domain name over to your hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS settings.

A: While we move your website content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We will not touch base with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–based hosting platforms. Essentially, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
